At present, the situation in the Middle East continues to deteriorate, with serious implications for international supply network for crude oil and petroleum products. In light of these developments, the supply situation for certain raw materials procured by ASTRUM remains unstable, and the outlook for future shipments has become extremely uncertain.

While supply has not come to an immediate halt, if the situation persists, or if stricter restrictions on the procurement of raw materials are applied, we may be required to limit product shipments moving forward.

In order to prioritize the stable supply of products, we respectfully request your cooperation concerning product orders as follows. We apologize for the inconvenience caused.

1. Request for appropriate order quantities
For the time being, we kindly request that you place product orders of an appropriate quantity based on “actual usage volume”.
For advance orders for surplus products intended to secure inventory volume, we may request that you consult with us to arrange quantities.

2. Potential for order limits
Depending on future developments or the supply conditions, we may be required to impose order limits and delay responses concerning delivery timelines for certain products.
In such cases, one of our representatives will contact you to provide updates.
